A team of coastguard rescue officers were called out following reports that a paddle boarder had got into difficulties at sea.
HM Coastguard Lowestoft and Southwold rescue officers were alerted by Humber Coastguard Operations Centre at 3.32pm on Saturday, October 14.
A spokesman for the coastguards said: 'The team were tasked to reports of a possible person in difficulty on a paddle board at Pakefield/South Beach.
'On arrival at the scene the team located a male paddle boarder, who had made it ashore and was safe and well.'
With six coastguard rescue officers in attendance, the team was stood down before returning to base.
