The Co-op is set to open its newest food store on Thursday, June 29 in Cromer High Street following a near £750,000 investment which will secure over 20 jobs and provide a funding boost for local good causes.

The new store, at the former Budgens’ shop in High Street, will offer Post Office services, an in-store bakery and Costa coffee.

Sam Winter, area manager for the Co-op, said: “We want shoppers to know they can become a co-owner and member of their Co-op. We are also giving back to the community. Our members can also make a difference locally, simply by swiping their membership card when they shop with us they can raise much needed funding for organisations in the area who contribute to improving local life.”

The Post Office will be open Monday to Saturday from 7am to 10pm. This will be an extra 12 hours of service a week including later closing every day to make it more convenient for customers.
