Norwich's Sportspark is planning a session this Saturday for people to have a go at climbing.
The sports centre, which is at the University of East Anglia but is open to the public, has arranged the taster sessions for both adults and children to have a go on Norfolk's largest indoor climbing wall.
The taster session for eight to 15-year-olds is from 1pm to 2.30pm and the adult session is from 2.30pm to 4pm.
