Child suffers head injuries in Old Catton crash

A child has suffered head injuries this morning after a crash with a car.
Church Street in Old Catton was blocked after the crash at 8.35am.
The boy, aged five, was walking to school with his mum, when he stepped into the road to retrieve his toy.
A car, travelling towards Spixworth Road, struck the youngster.
He was taken to the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital for precautionary treatment for minor head and mouth cuts.
