Ambulance crew, firefighters and RNLI lifeguards rushed to Beach Road, Sea Palling this afternoon to help a child reported to have impaled himself on railings after a fall.
A boy was taken to hospital this afternoon after injuring his leg on rocks at Sea Palling.
Ambulance crew, the East Anglian Air Ambulance, firefighters from Stalham and Great Yarmouth, and RNLI lifeguards rushed to the beach at Sea Palling at about 3.30pm after the incident which was reported to the Norfolk Fire and Rescue Service as a child who had impaled himself on railings.
The boy, believed to be of a primary school age, was treated at the scene before being taken by land ambulance in a stable condition to the James Paget Hospital, Gorleston.
