The driver and passengers smashed into the metal barrier and the car overturned just before 9.15am. The child and five adults managed to release themselves from the vehicle.
One of the female passengers complained of back injuries and was taken to the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital, but the child and other four adults were unharmed.
Police closed the stretch of road in both directions of the A11 at the accident scene in Larling, between Snetterton and Attleborough. No other vehicles were involved in the smash.
