Emergency services were called to a crash at Brundall in which a car hit a tree.
Police, fire crews and the ambulance service were called to the Great Yarmouth-bound A47 at about 11.35am on Friday morning.
It is understood the driver suffered a medical episode and the car hit a tree.
No-one is thought to have been injured, and the vehicle has been recovered.
Fire crews from Wroxham, Hethersett and Carrow attended.
