A car has crashed into the central reservation on the A47 near Dereham.
Highways England said there are delays on the westbound lane between the A1074 and B1147 due to the incident.
A police spokesman said the crash happened at 8.30pm on the A47 at North Tuddenham.
Officers have now left the scene and the road has reopened.
