A car has collided with a road sign on a dual carriageway in Fakenham after skidding on ice.

One side of Creake Road carriageway was closed after the vehicle mounted the central reservation before blocking the other side of the road at around 9pm.

Nobody was hurt in the crash and the road was reopened within half an hour.

Roads in the area are covered with ice and snow and the police are urging drivers to take extra care.
