It has been at the centre of a community for nearly 30 years but now the Community Mural in Catton Grove is to receive a new lick of paint after funding from the Health Lottery and the People's Health Trust.
But who are the original painters of the piece?
The Grove Community centre is appealing to anyone with information about the original artists who created the piece back in the summer of 1988.
The centre is hoping to reunite the team at a Community Mural Reunion on Saturday April 29 at 10am.
The mural can be seen from the car park of the Catton Grove Community Centre on Jewson Road, with the names of the painters within the design.
The names listed are Sharon, John, Lisa, Wayne, Stirling, Karl, Matthew, Maria, Emma, Donna, Scott and Mark.
For more information on the reunion or anyone with information should contact the centre on 07834 436272
