A frisbee-loving, football-playing dog is looking for a permanent home after being taken in by an animal charity.

Four-year-old boxer cross Bonnie is described as 'very clever, adores games of frisbee and football, and can already do some basic tricks including high five'.

Dogs Trust Snetterton, where Bonnie is currently staying, says that travelling is no problem for her, adding: 'She's always up for an adventure in the car.'

A spokesman for the Norfolk canine rescue centre added: 'Bonnie is looking for a quiet, adult-only home, away from busy city life, where she has room to play.

'This people-friendly pooch is looking for a place to relax and kick-back with her new adopters.

'This big-hearted, sweet soul has been waiting for her forever home for nearly a year now, so if you're the hero that Bonnie has been holding out for, please call Dogs Trust Snetterton. 0300 303 0292 or visit www.dogstrust.org.uk for more information.'
