Pupils from Caister Junior School joined schools from across Norfolk to compete in the regional heats of the Quiz Club championships. Two teams of four, one child from each year group, were selected to represented at the event held at Taverham Hall on January 30.
The teams answered 40 questions in total, ranging from art to algebra, and in a nail-biting finale, one of the Caister Junior School teams won the regional heats competition!
The overall result was decided by the final question and the team won by 15 points.
They will now go forward to the semi-finals of the national competition, which will be held in Cambridge in March.
