A Norfolk farming and food products business has confirmed that the arrival of a large group of people in Caister is to cover the seasonal demand they face.
Members of the public became curious last week after coaches dropped off groups of people in Caister, to stay at the Eastern Beach Caravan Park in Manor Road.
However, Bernard Matthews - based in Great Witchingham - has confirmed the camp is being used to house seasonal workers, who are believed to come to work at their factories every year.
A spokesman from Bernard Matthews said: 'Eastern Beach Caravan Park is being used by one of our recruitment agencies to house temporary staff providing seasonal support for the business.'
