Two candidates will fight it out in a Wymondham Town Council by-election, which will take place next month.
Conservative Len Elston, of Orchard Way, Wymondham, and independent Andrew Gardiner, of Norwich Road, Wymondham, have been nominated for the Rustens ward vacancy following the resignation of Yvette Astley from the town council.
The by-election will be held on Thursday, May 10 between the hours of 7am and 10pm.
