New video footage shows the building progress on Norwich's £81m scientific research centre.
The Quadram Institute at Norwich Research Park will see the Institute of Food Research (IFR), the University of East Anglia and the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital team up in purpose-built facilities.
Plans for the centre were unveiled earlier this year, and the building is expected to be completed by 2018.
The video, released on the centre's website, shows two cranes have been installed on the site, measuring 45m and 37m tall, on the plot next to the Bob Champion research and education centre.
Once complete, the building will house scientific researchers working in the fields of health, food and disease, who will work side-by-side with clinicians treating up to 40,000 NNUH patients every year.
Funding for the Quadram Institute has been provided by the three organisations involved and the Biotechnology and Biological Sciences Research Council (BBSRC), and will focus on four themes: gut flora, healthy ageing, food innovation and food safety.
