Norwich-based technology solutions provider Proteo has developed a state-of-the-art Apple iPad application to transform Anglian Home Improvements' sales process for solar panel installations.
The new application builds on Anglian Home Improvements' use of the iPad tablet computer to present an interactive brochure of the company's product range, enabling sales consultants to easily demonstrate the optimum size of installation to suit each individual customer.
Caroline Perrement, from Proteo, who designed the application, commented: 'We were able to create a solution which further improved the customer experience, enhanced the tools available to the sales consultants and integrated with their back-office systems to provide a much-improved end-to-end process.'
