A management consultancy firm which has added a string of high-level appointments to its hit squad of experts is eyeing up a Norwich move.

Future50 firm Do Different, led by former banker Morgan Self, has recently welcomed former Construction Industry Training Board senior manager Neil England and charity expert Daniel Williams to the consultancy.

And Mr Self, who founded the Gorleston-based business after leaving his banking job in 2012, said the firm was having an impact in the voluntary sector.

'If you look at charities as a business some of them are not necessarily the best run,' he said. 'Sometimes you need to go and say 'who do you want to be?' That's what we are working with.'

He added a move to Norwich from its Beacon Innovation Centre base was planned for the near future.
