•Other Norwich-based positions include a CPCS Telescopic Forklift Driver who is needed for two to three months and must hold a valid CPCS card, up-to-date Asbestos Awareness and provide two references, and an experienced Painter and Decorator in possession of a CSCS card and their own professional tools.

•In King's Lynn a high volume manufacturer is seeking a Facilities Manager to join their team and oversee activities related to site management, building, health and safety and cleanliness. Main responsibilities of the role will include leading and motivating the Facilities team, ensuring the health, safety and welfare of employees and visitors as well as managing projects, ensuring they are delivered on time. Applicants should have a construction or project management qualification and experience in Facilities Management.

•Also available in this area is a CSCS labourer position, which will involve installing cold rooms and fridge systems and a job as a Curtain Wall Fixer working on a busy site. Candidates must have their own tools and experience with Stick Work Systems.

Carpenters and Bricklayers are currently needed in Cromer for long term work. Candidates for both positions must have a valid CSCS card and previous experience in the sector.

•For high school leavers, several apprenticeships are on offer to provide the skills and training needed to kickstart a career in construction. These include an Apprentice Cabinet Maker position in Lingwood, which will involve working on assembling units, learning to use hand tools and taking deliveries, and a plastering apprenticeship, during which the successful candidate will learn how to remove old plaster, apply new plaster, measure ceilings and walls and speak with clients to establish their requirements.
