An architecture and construction consultancy could be in line for a series of public sector projects after it secured its place on a government shortlist.

Ingleton Wood, which has offices in Norwich and Essex, has been selected for the Crown Commercial Service (CCS) regional lots for East Anglia and London and the South East as part of a consortium led by healthcare infrastructure consultancy Essentia Trading.

The CCS is an executive agency of the Cabinet Office which helps the public sector to achieve maximum commercial value when procuring goods and services.

Ingleton Wood may be required to provide strategic advice to help bodies reduce property costs, identify savings and generate income from land and buildings.

Stuart Norgett, partner at Ingleton Wood, said: 'The CCS framework is hotly contested with limited places for suppliers, so we're naturally delighted to be part of it.'
