What caused January's explosion on Rackheath Industrial Estate has still not been decided, nearly two months after the blast.
Around 9.15pm on Wednesday January 12 a suspected accidental gas explosion at KC Cafe caused thousands of pounds of damage to neighbouring businesses, and completely destroyed the cafe.
The industrial estate remained closed for much of the next day, adding further losses for the hundreds of businesses based there.
But Paul Hemnell, Broadland District Council's environmental enforcement manager, who is leading the investigation into the cause of the explosion, says a decision has still not been made.
He said: 'At the moment our inquiries are still continuing. We are also still awaiting the results of forensic tests after we sent material away for analysis at specialist laboratories in Derbyshire.'
