From unusual designs to those which never made it off the drawing board – an architectural group is calling for entries for a series of awards.

The Design and Craftsmanship Awards 2017 are being organised by the Norfolk Association of Architects (NAA) and the National Federation of Builders.

As well as highlighting architectural achievements for the year, the event will recognise the other trades within the construction industry with an innovation category.

Event director Andi Gibbs, vice president of the NAA, said: 'The event will showcase and inspire the industry and hopefully it will propagate collaboration between businesses.'

Entries must be submitted before July 28 with the event held on September 28 at The King's Centre, King's Street, Norwich.
