Hundreds of jobseekers, students and those looking for training descended on the Jobs24 careers fair at The Forum in Norwich yesterday.
The 10th annual event - which is organised by Archant Norfolk - continues today from 10am to 6pm.
Alison Garrod, from Archant telephone recruitment sales, said: 'It's been absolutely brilliant. All 27 standholders have been busy, and the quality of the applicants has been better than ever.'
Rob Rae, from Gardline Marine Service which had a stand at the fair, said: 'We are offering jobs across the board from office work to offshore based roles. In the morning we had about 60 people with a good 20pc worth following up.'
