Firefighters were called to a crash on the A47 near Hopton.
Crews from Great Yarmouth and Gorleston attended a crash in Lowestoft Road.
They manually assisted a casualty and assisted the ambulance service and the police.
First Bus said the 1 and 1A service between Great Yarmouth and Lowestoft would be disrupted as a result for around two hours.
