Burglary victim in Rushall hit with crowbar

A man suffered cuts and bruising after being hit with a crowbar during a burglary at this home.

Detectives are appealing for information following the break-in at an address in Harleston Road, in Rushall, near Diss, on Sunday.

Two male burglars entered the house at 12.15am and approached the 49-year-old resident.

They threatened him and demanded money before hitting him with the crowbar.

The men then fled the scene getting away with a small amount of cash.

Police would like to hear from those who may have witnessed the burglary or noticed people acting suspiciously in the area at the time.
