Planning is underway for this year’s Farmers’ Jam, one of the highlights of the year at the Norfolk Snowsports Club.

The jam will take place from Friday, September 15 to Sunday, September 17, at the club’s base in Trowse, and will involve up to 100 competitors aged five and over.

Beki Cozens, from the snow sports club, said: “Although there is a fierce rivalry between everyone taking part to see who can perform the best tricks on skis and snowboards, all the competitors are great friends and support each other.

“The event is one of the highlights of the year at Norfolk snowsports club and is renowned for being a fun and relaxed weekend.”

The Farmers’ Jam is free to watch and there will be a raffle raising money for testicular cancer charity It’s on the Ball. There will also be free skiing and snowboarding taster sessions.
