Motorists suffered long rush hour delays into Norwich from the Thickthorn roundabout on Friday morning after a lorry broke down.
Police were notified of the problem at 7.39am, with the lorry stopped on the city-bound section of road between the Thickthorn roundabout and the Roundhouse Way roundabout.
Recovery cleared the lorry and the road was fully re-opened by 8.45am.
The incident caused significant rush hour delays on Friday morning.
