A charity is asking people to do 'just one thing' to support its work in Norfolk and Suffolk.
The British Red Cross has launched the campaign in the hope people will continue to support their cause, despite having ever decreasing free time.
The charity is not asking for a minimum commitment from volunteers, rather they are appealing for whatever time people can afford to offer.
Paul Fleet, senior community fundraiser, said: 'We are very aware that people don't have a great deal of time, but we also believe people can do one thing in their own time, that interests them and could benefit the charity. We want from you what you want to offer and hopefully we can work together, have fun and most importantly help people in crisis in Norfolk and Suffolk.'
