Roses are red, is your name Sue? If it is, Paul has a question for you.
A love struck man has chosen an inventive way to pop to question to his sweetheart, Sue.
A man, only identifying himself as Paul, has taken advantage of a charity shop’s Valentine’s Day initiative to ask a woman to marry him.
British Heart Foundation in Great Yarmouth Market Place is running a promotion called ‘Love Note’, in which customers can pay a small amount to put a message on heart-shaped notes in its shop window.
One customer has chosen to do this to propose to a woman named Sue, placing one in the window that simply says: “Sue, will you marry me? Paul x.”
A shop volunteer said: “I think it’s lovely.
“The initiative is just about giving people the chance to spread a little love and send a message to somebody special.”
