A superstore teamed up with a local musical ensemble to spread festive cheer to its customers.
Tesco in Brandon hosted Breckland Brass Band on Saturday morning, who played more than 20 tunes to raise money for future concerts. In total £207 was raised.
Staff from the supermarket added to the festive feeling by offering free mince pices to customers.
Tesco's next event will be on Christmas Eve, when there will be a reindeer and two donkeys in front of the store on London Road from 10am to 3pm. The event will be in aid of Diabetes UK and British Heart Foundation, the company's national charity partners.
Since March 1 the Brandon store – with the support of customers – has raised more than £5,800.
