Roadworks in the centre of Dereham will be completed a day later than scheduled after a breakdown of plant machinery during the weekend.
The resurfacing of Swaffham Road and Wellington Road was due to be completed today, (Monday) but is now expected to be finished tomorrow (Tuesday) after half a day was lost due to the equipment failure.
Norfolk County Council apologised for the delay to the �200,000 repair of winter-damaged roads, which began on August 7.
