Lunchtime burglars walked through the unlocked front door of a home in Aylsham yesterday and stole a mobile phone from the hallway.
Police are urging householders to be vigilant following the theft by 'brazen intruders' in Forster Way, Aylsham, between 12.30pm and 1.30pm.
Officers are keen to speak with two men seen cold calling at homes in the area around the time of the incident. The pair were canvassing for insulation work.
