A boy, not quite of teenage years, has suffered a leg injury during a collision with a black Vauxhall Zafira this afternoon at the junction between Harris Avenue and Yarmouth Road, Lowestoft.
Police were called at 3.20pm to reports of the collision and ambulance crews were on the scene by 3.25pm.
Crews from an ambulance and a rapid response vehicle treated the boy at the scene, before he was taken, at 4.05pm, to James Paget University Hospital as a matter of precaution for further treatment- his injuries are not life changing or life threatening.
