Children will be able to spend more time playing and learning outside after a pre-school opened its new log cabin.
Botesdale and Rickinghall Pre-school funded the cabin which is in a woodland area at the back of Botesdale Village Hall – where the pre-school is held. Jordan Fox, chairman of the pre-school committee, said: 'The kids just love it. They'll be able to do activities in a more independent, flowing environment. They can learn about their environment. It is nice for them to be outside but sheltered.'
The pre-school, which looks after children aged two to five years old, funded the cabin and staff said they would like to thank those who gave up their time to help construct fences and paint the cabin floor.
