The Sea Palling independent lifeboat attended to a capsized laser dinghy at approximately 6pm today.
A man and his daughter were in the vessel just off the sea palling coastline, while her mother saw the incident happen from the shore.
A spokesman from the coastguard said: 'They were in the water for a little while but no one was hurt.'
