A farm shop has opened in the former home of fried chicken restaurant, Woolf & Bird.
The Blofield Farm Shop has launched a pop-up version of their Yarmouth Road-based store inside the Exchange Street premises.
Open Tuesday to Saturday from 11am to 6pm, the business stocks a selection of local produce, including eggs, potatoes, jams and sauces.
They also have hot sausage rolls and pastys as well as a butcher's counter filled with meats which customers can watch being prepared in-store, with a sausage machine set up in the window.
Cara Blezard from Poswick is managing the store along with her partner Marcus Pearcey.
She said: 'We've just opened but there's already been lots of interest, people walk by and they're surprised at what they see as there has't been a butchers in the city for ages.
'We've got some of our local produce from the other shop set up here, but will be bringing in more soon. I'm hoping to set up some shelves for fruit and vegetables and we're going to start doing hog roasts in store too.'
