A mental health charity is celebrating 50 years of community support and campaigning.
Norwich Cathedral hosted a special evening, which marked the landmark anniversary of Norwich and Central Norfolk Mind, in front of 100 people.
Amanda Hedley, chief executive officer of Norwich and Central Norfolk Mind, said: 'We are seen as a good provider of services, as well as an effective campaigner to improve the experience of people with mental health problems within our community and we intend to continue to do more in the future. But all that we do means nothing if people's journey through recovery is not a positive one.'
Norwich and Central Norfolk Mind was founded in 1966 as the Norfolk and Norwich Housing Association for Mental Health. Visit www.norwichmind.org.uk.
