Boots worn by Norfolk rugby hero Ben Youngs are among lots of lots that will go under the hammer at a charity ball in the summer.

The grand auction at the Butterfly Ball will also include a bottle of House of Commons wine, signed by deputy prime minister Nick Clegg, a signed limited edition print of the 2011 Red Arrows team - and a butchery experience with Cromer and Sheringham's Icarus Hines.

The ball is being held at Pinewood Park at Bodham on Saturday July 7 in aid of the Ellen Mezzetti Memorial Fund, raising funds for Epilepsy Research UK.

Ellen, whose parents John and Lynne are organising the event, died in February 2006 at the age of 16.

The black tie and ball gown event includes live music, a disco, a three-course meal, the auction and a raffle.

Among the other lots are the use of an apartment in Portugal for a week, donated by Grant Zelos, a wood-turning experience with Kevern Dewick, a David Morris photograph, a Brian Lewis print, a family platter for decoration at Cromer's Sticky Earth Cafe and a pamper day at Beauty Box.

Tickets costing 42.50 per person can be collected from Fighting Fit Martial Arts, Exchange House, Louden Road, Cromer or by calling 07900 580866 or emailing mezzettijohn@aol.com
