Youngsters at the BBC Radio 1 Academy in Norwich are today being given a glimpse of life as a journalist in a workshop run by the Eastern Daily Press and Norwich Evening News journalists.
The session, run as part of the week-long series of workshops to coincide with the Big Weekend at Earlham Park, will see around two dozen teenagers tell the story of Big Weekend through words, photos, video and social media.
Assistant editor David Powles and managing editor Tim Williams will be joined by Radio 1 Newsbeat journalist Nesta McGregor to give youngsters the chance to create short and sharp news items for inclusion online and in print.
The group will be live tweeting trough the session and you can follow their progress here and in tomorrow's papers.
