Police had to direct traffic on the B1150 in Coltishall following a crash this morning.
The road was blocked in both directions near the Church Street.
A Ford transit van and VW Passat were involved.
Firefighters were called to the scene at 6.23am, and helped a casualty out of their vehicle.
Police said there were reports of walking wounded, rather than serious injuries.
The road was cleared at 7.48am.
