Shoppers braved the typically British weather to browse the stalls at Aylsham's continental market.
French crepes, Spanish paella and a range of nuts and freshly baked breads were all on sale at the event last Friday.
Deborah Blake, chairman of Aylsham Business and Enterprise Forum (ABEF), said the feedback from visitors had been positive. She said: 'It was fairly busy in the morning. I think it is something people would like to see again.
'ABEF is trying to understand what people want to see in the town. There are a huge amount of tourists coming in to Norfolk but I don't think Aylsham is getting any of that. We are looking at different ideas and trying things out to see what might work. The main thing is to attract people in.'
