An historic hotel and restaurant in Attleborough has changed hands after being bought by a German investor.
The sale of Sherbourne House, off Norwich Road, was completed by Christie and Co - six months after it was put on the market.
The 18th century house has eight letting rooms together with various meeting and dining rooms.
Tim Gooding, director of Christie and Co, who handled the sale, said: 'We took instructions from the former owners - to whom we also sold the business in 2008 - only in October last year and, in view of ongoing challenges in the commercial property market, we are very pleased to have completed a sale within six months.'
