A CONCRETE slab was thrown through glass in a door as part of an attempted burglary in Barnby.
Suffolk Police are appealing for information after the incident at business premises in Swan Lane just after midnight in the early hours of this morning.
A police spokesman said: 'The offender or offenders entered a compound and then threw a concrete slab through a pane of glass in a door to the premises.
'The noise woke nearby residents who went out to investigate and police were called. It appears the offenders fled without gaining further entry to the building.'
