Police are appealing for witnesses after an armed robbery at a betting shop in Wisbech town centre last night.
Staff were closing up at Ladbroke's, in Church Terrace, when a man armed with a handgun stormed in.
He threatened staff, demanded money and fled with an undisclosed quantity of cash.
The robber is described as white, around 6ft 2ins tall and wearing dark blue jeans, a dark scarf, brown jacket, a blue fisherman's hat and glasses.
Detectives don't know whether he made his escape on foot on in a vehicle after the raid, which happened at around 6.30pm.
Dc Simon Rust, from Wisbech CID, today appealed for anyone who was in the Church terrace area at the time of the robbery to contact him on 0845 456 4564.
