Police investigating a suspicious house fire in Marsham want to speak to a man seen running in the area at the time of the incident.
The fire started in the conservatory of the property in Fengate between 1 and 1.35pm on Monday November, 26. It is being treated as arson.
The occupant was out at the time but an armchair was damaged.
A male youth was seen running along Fengate towards the A140 between 1 and 1.30pm just before the fire was discovered.
Officers want to speak to man as part of their inquiries, as well as anyone else with information about the fire.
