Police are appealing for witnesses to a crash on the A1122 at Fincham in which two people were taken to hospital.
Officers were called at around 1.15pm on Thursday, October 5 to a collision between a beige Skoda Fabia and a blue Ford Transit van on the A1122, near to the A47 junction.
The driver and passenger of the Skoda were taken to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, King's Lynn, with serious injuries.
The van driver suffered minor injuries.
Anyone who may have witnessed the collision or the manner of driving of either vehicle prior to the incident should contact PC Andy Miles at Swaffham Roads Policing on 101.
