An appeal has gone out for volunteers to help others feeling lonely and isolated.
The North Norfolk Health Volunteers scheme links volunteers with people who would appreciate some company and maybe a little help.
An open morning is taking place on Saturday, February 6 at Merchants' Place in Cromer from 10am to 1pm.
The event is organised by Voluntary Norfolk with Merchants' Place. It is also an opportunity to see what Merchants' Place Community Resource and Learning Centre has to offer with access to advice, learning opportunities, community groups and local events.
Merchants' Place hosts the North Norfolk Volunteer Centre providing information on a wide variety of opportunities in the area, aimed at anyone looking to get more involved in what's going on in north Norfolk.
