Jewellery has been stolen from two homes on the same road in Bungay.
Suffolk Police have made an appeal for information after the two burglaries in Joyce Road on Thursday.
Cash and jewellery were stolen from one home between 11.30am and 5.40pm when offenders broke in by damaging a door.
A second house was entered after damage was again done to a door between 4pm and 7pm, with offenders again making off with jewellery.
A police spokesman said: 'Officers are linking the two burglaries and would like to speak to anyone who may have noticed anything suspicious in this area.'
