Ambulance and fire services have been called to the scene of a car in a ditch on the B1156 at Langham.
A spokesperson at the East of England Ambulance Service said the patient is trapped in the car and suffering with back pain and concussion.
He said they were called to the scene shortly after 5pm.
A spokesperson for Norfolk fire service said they are still at the scene where they were called to at 5.21pm.
