An air ambulance was circling over Dereham after reports of a woman in her 30s who had a stroke.
The East Anglian Air Ambulance were called at around 3.20pm today to Breckland Business Centre in the town centre.
The crew landed at Scarning Fen and a rapid response vehicle, and a land ambulance also attended.
The woman was taken to the Queen Elizabeth hospital in King's Lynn.
