Special tribute was paid to one of Cromer Carnival’s biggest supporters at this year’s family fun day.
The Wildcats Aerobatic Display Team showed its love for Tony West by drawing a love heart in the sky during its performance on Tuesday.
Mr West spent his life supporting the annual extravaganza until his death aged 54 last year.
He regularly gave up his holidays to organise the summer festival’s children’s activity weeks.
An aerobatic display team drew a love heart in the sky at the Cromer Carnival, as a tribute to former volunteer Tony West.
A spokesman for the Norfolk-based Wildcats, who were forced to miss the Carnvial last year, said: “Tony was a great supporter of the Carnival and also of the Wildcats’ team. He was always the life and soul of the carnival, so we thought it would be fitting to pay tribute to him in this way.”
The carnival started on August 12 and runs until Friday, August 18.
